Our advanced crisis course gives senior, experienced spokespeople the ability to handle aggressive questioning by journalists, and to emerge with their reputation intact.During the course participants will gain an insight into how other organisations have handled the media onslaught – and will practice, in complete confidentiality, the techniques which effectively defuse probing questions.
