Of course this is only the journalists point of view. I’d be interested to hear how the PROs involved dealt with the situation after the doomed phone call!

Hilarious. This should be a stark warning to anyone making a call to a journalist – make sure you know what you want to say because it’ll be too late to figure it out once you’ve dialed.
