It is simply the most famous radio centre in the world – Broadcasting House, in the heart of London’s west end.
Recently refurbished, the studios used by Media Mentor for media training London are the BBC’s flagship studios. On the top floor of Broadcasting House, equipped for Radio 4’s factual output such as Loose Ends and Moral Maze, with accommodation for large panel discussions and hard news interviews, studios 70A and 80A are technically the most advanced in the UK.
It is quite true to say that you can feel the presence of legendary broadcasters as you sit in one of the very few places that deserve the description “a centre of excellence”.
We’re lucky to be the first media training company to welcome clients to Media City UK – the BBC’s world-class broadcast centre in Salford.
And it’s true that the vibrancy and confidence that has always marked out Manchester’s television and radio programme makers seems to rub off on our clients when they walk through the doors of the BBC here.
You’ll be able to use the studios that play host to Mark Radcliffe’s regular Radio 2 programme, or Radio 4’s consumer programme You And Yours which is regularly broadcast from here. The studio facilities may be brand new, but the crew who’ll work for you are amongst the most experienced in the business, as their anecdotes and advice will prove.
