- How to prepare your key messages.
- How to handle different types of interview: friendly, confrontational, 1-1, group, filmed, live, studio, exterior, down-the-line.
- How to handle awkward questions.
- How to handle other contributors.
- Studio environment and how to deal with studio distractions.
